Open-spandrel arch bridge system adopting UHPC wet joint connection and construction method
The invention discloses an open-spandrel arch bridge system adopting UHPC wet joint connection and construction method. The system comprises a concrete foundation arranged on foundation soil, a bridge abutment, an arch support, a prefabricated assembled rib arch arranged on the arch support, a web hole pier composed of a cover beam, a prefabricated stand column and a bottom beam, and a bridge deck. The prefabricated assembled rib arch is prefabricated in three sections, and all the prefabricated sections are connected through UHPC wet joints. A main arch ring is constructed in a cable hoisting mode, and then a building on the arch is constructed on the main arch ring; UHPC wet joints are applied to connection between the prefabricated arch ring sections, the excellent performance of UHPC is fully played, the lap joint length of reserved steel bars at the joints can be effectively reduced, the bonding strength of all the arch ring sections and the wet joint sections is enhanced, and all the performance of components under the normal working state and the extreme load effect is guaranteed; and prefabricated assembly type construction is adopted, the construction efficiency can be greatly improved, and the construction period is shortened.
一种采用UHPC湿接缝连接的空腹式拱桥体系及施工方法,该体系包括设置在地基土上的混凝土基础、桥台、拱座、设置在拱座上的预制拼装式肋拱,由盖梁、预制立柱和底梁组成的腹孔墩、桥道板;所述的预制拼装肋拱分三段预制,各预制节段间通过UHPC湿接缝连接;主拱圈采用缆索吊装方式进行施工,之后在主拱圈上对拱上建筑进行施工;本发明将UHPC湿接缝应用于预制拱圈节段间连接,充分发挥UHPC的优越性能,能够有效减少接缝处预留钢筋的搭接长度,增强各拱圈节段与湿接缝段的粘结强度,保证构件正常工作状态和极端荷载作用下的各项性能;采用预制装配式施工,能极大提高施工效率,缩短施工周期。
