Fabricated steel-concrete combined small box girder bridge and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated steel-concrete combined small box girder bridge and a construction method thereof. The fabricated steel-concrete combined small box girder bridge comprises a middle connecting section, side beam bodies and a permanent support. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) prefabricating; (2) mounting the permanent support and a temporary support; (3) installing the side beam bodies; (4) mounting the middle connecting section; (5) tensioning a steel strand; (6) pouring concrete; and (7) dismantling the temporary support. The fabricated steel-concrete combined small box girder bridge has the advantages that the middle connecting section and the side beam sections are prefabricated in a factory, and all the parts are small in size and convenient to transport; and during site construction, the transversely adjacent side beam sections are spliced through wet joints, the middle connecting section and the side beam bodies which are longitudinally adjacent are connected through bolts, steel strands and poured concrete, and construction is convenient and fast; compared with a traditional steel-concrete combined bridge connected through steel box girders, the fabricated steel-concrete combined small box girder bridge is lower in cost, the construction technology is simplified, and the construction period is shortened; and compared with a traditional small concrete box girder, the span and the midspan bearing capacity are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种装配式钢混结合小箱梁桥及其施工方法,其包括中部连接段、边部梁体、永久支座。施工步骤如下:(1)预制;(2)安装永久支座和临时支架;(3)安装边部梁体;(4)安装中部连接段;(5)张拉钢绞线;(6)浇筑混凝土;(7)拆除临时支架。优点:中部连接段和多个边部梁段均在工厂预制完成,各部分尺寸小,便于运输,现场施工时,横向相邻的边部梁段之间采用湿缝拼接,纵向相邻的中部连接段和边部梁体之间采用螺栓、钢绞线和浇筑混凝土的方式完成连接,施工方便快捷;与传统的钢箱梁连接的钢混结合桥梁相比,有效的降低了成本,简化了施工工艺,缩短了施工周期,而与传统的混凝土小箱梁相比,其跨度和跨中承载能力得到了极大的提升。
