The structure comprises a concrete beam slab and a prefabricated assembly type floor slab. The thickness of the prefabricated assembly type floor slab is smaller than that of the concrete beam slab, and a clear height space for pipeline installation is reserved on the bottom surface of the prefabricated assembly type floor slab, so that a pipeline mounted in the clear height space is hidden in the beam height of the concrete beam plate.
