The invention discloses a structure and method for reducing the basement floor height through combination of concrete and assembly. The structure comprises a concrete beam slab and a prefabricated assembly type floor slab. The thickness of the prefabricated assembly type floor slab is smaller than that of the concrete beam slab, and a clear height space for pipeline installation is reserved on the bottom surface of the prefabricated assembly type floor slab, so that a pipeline mounted in the clear height space is hidden in the beam height of the concrete beam plate. The basement floor slab is formed by combining the concrete beam slab and the prefabricated assembly type floor slab, the prefabricated assembly type floor slab is thin, and no beam is arranged at the bottom of the prefabricated assembly type floor slab, so that sufficient installation space is provided for a ventilation pipeline and an equipment pipeline; and the ventilation pipeline and the equipment pipeline can be arranged in the lengthwise direction of the prefabricated assembly type floor in the mode of being tightly attached to the bottom face of the prefabricated assembly type floor, the visual effect that the installed pipeline is hidden in the beam height of the concrete beam plate in the plane is achieved, namely, the clear height space reserved on the ground of the prefabricated floor is not smaller than the installation height of the large-size pipeline, and the lower clear height of the pipeline is increased.
