The invention relates to the technical field of tunnel construction, and particularly relates to a partition grouting reinforcement method for construction of adjacent buildings of a tunnel. The method comprises the steps that the adjacent buildings of the tunnel are determined; the geological condition between each adjacent building and the tunnel and building information of the adjacent buildings are determined; whether the adjacent buildings are affected by tunnel construction or not is calculated and judged; the affected adjacent buildings are obtained; the range of grouting reinforcement areas is calculated; grouting reinforcement construction sorting is conducted; and drilling grouting is conducted in the range of the grouting reinforcement areas. According to the method, grouting reinforcement is only conducted on the buildings affected by tunnel excavation, grouting is conducted on each grouting reinforcement area according to the different sizes of the different grouting reinforcement areas, the grouting reinforcement procedure is set according to the actual condition of tunnel excavation, blind grouting reinforcement of the adjacent buildings of the tunnel is effectively avoided, the construction progress is effectively accelerated, and the construction cost is reduced.
