The invention relates to a construction method for hoisting a partitioned net rack by using a steel carrying pole device, and belongs to the technical field of building structure engineering. The construction method for hoisting the partitioned net rack by using the steel carrying pole device comprises the following operation steps of: 1, firstly blanking a steel carrying pole connecting assembly, assembling, welding and forming; 2, then machining short rectangular steel, supporting edge rectangular steel and long rectangular steel in advance by adopting H-shaped steel beams; 3, transporting the steel carrying pole connecting assembly, the short rectangular steel, the supporting edge rectangular steel and the long rectangular steel to a construction site so as to be assembled and spliced into the steel carrying pole device; and 4, dividing a roof net rack into a plurality of hoisting units, after assembling is completed, using a steel wire rope for connecting a crane and a hoisting belt hole position lug plate, connecting the connecting belt hole position lug plate and net rack units hoisted in a partitioning mode through the steel wire rope, and conducting auxiliary hoisting between the crane and the net rack units by adopting the steel carrying pole device. The characteristics of simple structure, high efficiency, convenience in assembly and good safety and stability are achieved. Secondary transfer in the field is reduced, and manpower and material resources are saved.
本发明涉及一种用钢扁担装置吊装分块网架的施工工法,所属建筑结构工程技术领域,如下操作步骤:第一步:先将钢扁担连接组件进行下料并组拼焊接成型。第二步:接着采用H型钢梁预先加工短矩形钢、支撑边矩形钢、长矩形钢。第三步:将钢扁担连接组件、短矩形钢、支撑边矩形钢、长矩形钢运到施工现场进行组拼成钢扁担装置。第四步:屋盖网架划分若干个吊装单元,组拼完毕后,用钢丝绳连接吊机和吊装带孔位耳板,连接带孔位耳板与分块吊装的网架单元采用钢丝绳连接,吊机与网架单元之间采用钢扁担装置进行辅助吊装。具有结构简单、效率高、装配便捷和安全稳定性好的特点。减少场内二次转运,节省了人力物力。
