The invention discloses a high-chlorine silicon slag waste utilization method which is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding high-chlorine silicon slag into a water tank, and then adding mixed liquid into the water tank, so that the high-chlorine silicon slag is immersed by the mixed liquid. The mixed liquid comprises alkaline water, tetramethyl silicon, trichlorosilane and water, wherein the alkaline water accounts for 10-20% of the mixed liquid, the tetramethyl silicon accounts for 10-20% of the mixed liquid, the trichlorosilane accounts for 10-20% of the mixed liquid, and the water accounts for 40-60% of the mixed liquid; the high-chlorine silicon slag is soaked for 20-60 h. after the silicon slag is treated by adopting the method, solid particles and some toxic substances are filtered in the hydrolysis process of the silicon slag, meanwhile, the emission of chlorine is greatly reduced, and the pollution of the silicon slag to air and environment is reduced; meanwhile, the operation is simple, the cost of the used equipment is relatively low, and the method has advantage on the popularization to manufacturers; in addition, in the purification process, the valuable metal can be collected, waste utilization is achieved, and the economic cost is reduced.
