Vertical deformation adjustable ballastless track roadbed structure
The invention provides a vertical deformation adjustable ballastless track roadbed structure which comprises a roadbed surface. Foundation plates are symmetrically arranged on the roadbed surface, the foundation plates on the same side are arranged at equal intervals, track bases are arranged at the tops of the foundation plates, the upper surface of each foundation plate is a rectangular structure, and limiting mechanisms are vertically arranged at the four corners of each foundation plate; the track bases are located between the limiting mechanisms on the two sides, cushion plate placement parts are symmetrically arranged between the two limiting mechanisms on the same side and located on the foundation plates, cushion plates are installed on the cushion plate placement parts and located below the two ends of the track bases, and embedded steel plates are arranged on the upper surfaces of the foundation plates and located on the sides of the limiting mechanisms; and the embedded steel plates on the same side are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of each cushion plate placement part. By adopting the adjusting structure and the adjusting method, the deformation of the track can be adjusted for multiple times, the height can be adjusted, an appliance used for adjustment is small in size, adjustment implementation difficulty is obviously reduced, and meanwhile, the problem of transverse drainage between lines of a roadbed surface can be solved by utilizing a gap between the foundation plates on the roadbed surface.
本发明提供一种竖向变形可调的无砟轨道路基结构,包括路基面,路基面上对称设置有基础板,且同侧的基础板等距设置,且基础板顶部设置有轨道底座,基础板上表面为长方形结构且其四角处均竖直设置有限位机构,轨道底座位于两侧的限位机构之间,同侧的两个限位机构之间且位于基础板上对称设置有垫板安置部,垫板安置部上安装有垫板,垫板位于轨道底座两端下方,基础板上表面位于限位机构一侧均设置有预埋钢板,同侧的预埋钢板对称设置在垫板安置部两侧。本发明采用本调整结构及调整方法可对轨道变形进行多次调整,调高调低均可实现,调整所用器具体积小,调整实施难度显著降低,同时可利用路基面上基础板间空隙,解决路基面线间横向排水问题。
