The invention relates to the technical field of bridge supports, and particularly relates to a multi-stage cushioning anti-seismic bridge support which comprises an upper support, a lower support and a plurality of supporting columns. The supporting columns are symmetrically and fixedly mounted on the upper support, one end of each supporting column is slidably inserted into the lower support, a plurality of first-level buffering mechanisms are symmetrically arranged between the upper support and the lower support, each first-level buffering mechanism comprises a first buffering rod, a second buffering rod, a first sliding block and a second sliding block, a middle column is arranged in the middle of the lower support, and the first sliding blocks and the second sliding blocks are installed on the lower support and the middle column in a sliding mode respectively. One end of each first buffer rod and one end of each second buffer rod are hinged to the upper support together. Through a multi-stage damping mode, the bridge is effectively protected, and a phenomenon of collapse is avoided.
