Suspension system for bridge construction
The invention discloses a suspension system for bridge construction. The system comprises a suspension basket main body, a belt conveying assembly and multiple suspension mechanisms, wherein the suspension basket main body includes a main frame, a suspension beam and a fence, the upper surface of the bottom plate of the main frame corresponding to the internal space of the fence forms a workbench; the belt conveying assembly is arranged on the suspension basket main body, the top end of the belt conveying assembly extends to the position above the bridge, and the bottom end is located above the workbench; the multiple suspension mechanisms are arranged on the belt conveying assembly at equal intervals and used for hanging material buckets and providing new materials for constructors on the workbench when the belt conveying assembly acts, the workbench is provided with a bucket inlet position and a bucket outlet position, the bucket inlet position and the bucket outlet position are located on the two sides of the bottom end of the belt conveying assembly respectively; and in the action process of the belt type conveying assembly, the material buckets filled with materials are conveyed to the bucket inlet position, and meanwhile the empty material buckets on the bucket outlet position are conveyed to the top end of the belt type conveying assembly. According to the bridge construction suspension system, through the arrangement of the belt type conveying mechanism and the suspension mechanism, cooperation between bridge floor constructors and workbench constructors is facilitated in the construction process, and material conveying is carried out.
