The invention discloses a backfilling construction method for a slotted buried pipe foundation trench by adopting a self-compacting backfill material. The backfilling construction method comprises the following steps of: step 1, crushing construction waste aggregates, then adding fine-grained soil, a curing agent and an additive, and then stirring to form the self-compacting backfill material; step 2, carrying out pumping layered pouring on the self-compacting backfill material formed after stirring is completed, so that the buoyancy is smaller than the weight of a pipeline; and step 3, within 28 days after pouring is completed, controlling the unconfined compressive strength of the self-compacting backfill material to be 1MPa to 2MPa. According to the backfilling construction method disclosed by the invention, the self-compacting backfill material is prepared from the construction waste aggregates such as waste slurry and broken bricks, so that the purposes of waste utilization, energy conservation and environment protection are achieved, and meanwhile, the problems of sand source shortage and the like are also solved.
本发明公开了采用自密实回填料的开槽埋管基槽回填施工方法,步骤如下:步骤一、将建筑垃圾骨料进行粉碎,然后并加入细颗粒土、固化剂和添加剂,再进行搅拌形成自密实回填料;步骤二、完成搅拌后形成的自密实回填料采用泵送分层浇筑,使浮力小于管道的重量;步骤三、在完成浇筑后的28天内,所述自密实回填料的无侧限抗压强度控制在1MPa至2MPa。本发明采用废弃泥浆和碎砖石等建筑垃圾骨料制成自密实回填料,不但达到废物利用、节能环保的目的,同时还解决了砂源紧张等问题。
