When water accumulated on the ground is deep, a remote control switch controls a waterproof motor to be started and stopped, the waterproof motor drives the movable baffle inside the drainage well lid to operate, and therefore the accumulated water sequentially passes through the top drainage holes, the drainage holes and the bottom drainage holes to fall into an underground drainage pipeline.
