By adopting the technical scheme, a horizontal self-priming pump arranged on the ground is adopted for replacing a submersible pump to lift domestic sewage, and the horizontal self-priming pump is not submerged by the domestic sewage, so that the horizontal self-priming pump is not blocked or damaged, and the maintenance workload is reduced; when the horizontal self-priming pump needs to be maintained, personnel only need to maintain the horizontal self-priming pump on the ground, so that the labor intensity is reduced, and the maintenance work application space is large; and the domestic sewage is pre-filtered by additionally arranging the filter screen made of a stainless steel material, so that the horizontal self-priming pump can be prevented from being damaged by garbage or other pollutants, and meanwhile, the maintenance workload is reduced.
