The invention relates to steel structure beam-column connection, and particularly relates to a mounting method of beam-column connecting joints of a prefabricated house steel structure. The mounting method comprises the steps that welding seams are calculated, and blanking is conducted in a manufacturing factory for standby application according to the specification and the plate thickness of selected clamping head plates; one end of each selected clamping head plate is welded to the end of a steel beam; after the steel beam welded with the clamping head plates is hoisted to the mounting position, the other ends of the clamping head plates are erected on a bracket of a steel column, and then a hoisting tool is removed; the joints of the beam column are connected by mounting workers through bolts; and the connecting joints are welded finally according to the drawing requirements, and mounting of the whole beam column is completed. According to the mounting method of the beam-column connecting joints of the prefabricated house steel structure, hoisting tools are not needed for whole-process cooperation, the mounting workers can conduct grouping operation, and the mounting efficiency is high.
本发明涉及钢结构梁柱连接,尤其是一种装配式住宅钢结构的梁柱连接节点的安装方法,计算焊缝,根据所选卡头板的规格及板厚,在制造厂下料备用;将选好的卡头板的一端与钢梁的端部焊接;将焊接好卡头板的钢梁吊装至安装位置后,将卡头板的另一端搭在钢柱的牛腿上,然后解除吊具;安装工人用螺栓将梁柱的节点连接;根据图纸要求对连接节点最后施焊,整个梁柱安装完毕。本发明不用吊装工具全程配合,而且安装工人可以分组作业,安装效率高。
