The invention relates to a single-sided laminated wallboard applied to an external hanging system. The single-sided laminated wallboard comprises a single-sided laminated external hanging board, trusses and an external wall connecting mechanism, wherein each truss is provided with a truss longitudinal rod, a truss lower chord rib and a truss web member; one end of each truss web member is welded with the corresponding truss lower chord rib and is embedded in the single-sided laminated external hanging board, and the other end of each truss web member is welded with the corresponding truss longitudinal rod; the trusses are vertically distributed on the back surface of the single-sided laminated wallboard at intervals; and the external wall connecting mechanism is partially embedded in the single-sided laminated external hanging board, is partially embedded in a cast-in-place beam and is fixedly connected with the trusses. According to the single-sided laminated wallboard disclosed by the invention, an auxiliary supporting structure is formed by the truss web members, the truss longitudinal rods and the truss lower chord ribs, and a certain distance is formed between the auxiliary supporting structure and a concrete wallboard, so that the overall thickness of an external hanging wall body can be guaranteed, and the overall weight of the external hanging wall body is reduced; and due to the existence of the trusses, the rigidity and the lateral shear-bearing capacity of the external hanging board are improved, and the stability of the external hanging wallboard is guaranteed; and meanwhile, the thickness of the whole single-sided laminated external hanging board can be adjusted by additional prestress.
