The invention provides a connecting sleeve design method, a thread glue injection type steel bar connecting sleeve and a mounting method thereof. The connecting sleeve is formed by combining a steel sleeve, two steel bars with threads at the ends and bonding glue. The inner surface of the steel sleeve and the outer surfaces of the ends of the steel bars are machined into the threads which are weakly engaged with each other, after the steel sleeve and the steel bars are combined, the internal gap is filled with the bonding glue, and the two steel bars are connected into a whole after the glue is cured. When the threads are designed to be long in thread pitch and narrow in thread tooth, the steel sleeve can be in weak engagement connection with the two steel bars with any distance; after the gap between the steel sleeve and the two steel bars is filled with the bonding glue, strong connection between the two steel bars can be achieved; by adjusting the length of the connecting thread sections between the steel sleeve and the steel bars, the required connecting strength index can be met; and a horn-shaped opening is formed in the end of the steel sleeve and can be used for correcting the centering error between the two steel bars.
一种连接套筒设计方法、螺纹注胶式钢筋连接套筒及其安装方法。连接套筒由钢套筒、两根端部带螺纹的钢筋、粘结胶组合而成。其中钢套筒内表面及钢筋端部外表面加工为互相弱咬合的螺纹,钢套筒与钢筋组合后,内部的空隙注满粘结胶,胶固化后将两根钢筋连为一体。把螺纹设计为螺距较长、螺牙较窄时,可以实现钢套筒对两根任意间距钢筋的弱咬合连接;钢套筒与两根钢筋之间的间隙上注满粘结胶后可实现两根钢筋之间的强连接;通过调节钢套筒与钢筋之间连接螺纹段的长度,可满足所需的连接强度指标;钢套筒端部设置喇叭形开口,可用于矫正两根钢筋之间的对中误差。
