The form comprises a bottom plate and supporting plates, the supporting plates comprise vertical plates and transverse plates, inclined plates are fixedly connected to the joints of the vertical plates and the transverse plates, the other ends of the inclined plates are fixedly connected with a support, liquid cavities are formed in the transverse plates, buffer liquid is contained in the liquid cavities, pressure guide plates are slidably connected to the inner walls of the liquid cavities, piezoelectric plates are embedded in the tops of the pressure guide plates, the buffer liquid is n-hexane liquid with low viscosity, and the pressure guide plates are in clearance fit with the side walls of the liquid cavities. The form has the advantages that energy generated by collection and electric discharge of capacitors to regularly heat the stair steel form, so that during use in winter, the probability that the steel form is prone to generate brittle deformation in a cold state is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
