The first shaft, the second shaft, the first guide wheel, the second guide wheel, the first spiral spring and the second spiral spring are installed in the left side of the door and window frame; and the third shaft, the fourth shaft, the third guide wheel, the fourth guide wheel, the third spiral spring and the fourth spiral spring are installed in the right side of the door and window frame; the first operation part and the second operation part correspondingly slide on the left side and the right side of the door and window frame; and the first traction part is assembled on the first shaft and the first operation part, the second traction part is assembled on the second shaft and the first operation part, the third traction part is assembled on the third shaft and the second operation part, and the fourth traction part is assembled on the fourth shaft and the second operation part. The operation process is simplified while the door and window can be detached and turned.
