The invention provides a movable sunshade shutter system for an intelligent building and the control method thereof. When a user operates an outdoor electric curtain to enable heat entering a room to be greatly changed in a short time, an air conditioner is controlled to be rapidly adjusted in the short time; the actual refrigerating capacity needed by the air conditioner for adjusting an indoor temperature is estimated according to the shutter inclination angle after shutter operation, the shutter unfolding position, an outdoor air temperature, an indoor air temperature, outdoor sunlight radiation intensity and a preset air conditioner rapid adjustment calculation formula; and the air conditioner is controlled to operate in the rapid adjustment time period according to operation parameters corresponding to the actual refrigerating capacity, so that the indoor air temperature is rapidly close to a target adjustment temperature and is relatively uniformly distributed in a short time. The problem that the response of an existing air conditioner is delayed when indoor heat is suddenly and greatly changed when a user operates an outdoor shutter blind is solved. Therefore, the user does not feel cold or hot suddenly, and the comfort experience of the user is greatly improved.
