The invention relates to the technical field of garden engineering, and discloses an environment-friendly garden mounting tool. The environment-friendly garden mounting tool comprises a bearing transverse plate, wherein two supporting rods are fixedly mounted on each of the front side and the rear side of the bearing transverse plate; a supporting base is movably mounted on the outer side of the bottom of each supporting rod; two mounting cavities which are separately positioned on the left side and the right side of each supporting rod are separately formed in the left side and the right side of the inside of the corresponding supporting base; and a fixing block which separately extends into the left side and the right side of each supporting rod is movably mounted in the two mounting cavities on the same side. According to the environment-friendly garden mounting tool and a construction method, by arrangement of the fixing blocks, two fixing racks are pulled upwards simultaneously to compress springs, a pull rope is pulled to drive the fixing blocks to move, thus, the fixing blocks release fixation of the left side and the right side of a supporting column, the rest supporting rods are taken out by the same method to detach and change the supporting bases, the damaged supporting bases are detached and changed, and a user uses the environment-friendly garden mounting tool conveniently.
