The invention discloses a preparation method of a craft ceramic tile. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting a white finished product green brick with a water absorption rate of less than 0.5% as a bottom brick; (2) performing a printing process on the bottom brick to form a full-color printed pattern, and spraying a layer of water repellent after printing; (3) covering the brick printed with the pattern with a frit layer with a pattern, and then spraying a layer of frit particle binder; and (4) putting the brick which is printed with the patterns and covered with the frit layer into a kiln, and firing at the temperature of 995 DEG C for 2 hours. According to the method, defects such as a large number of holes and bubbles on the surface of the ceramic tile can be avoided, the texture integrity and smoothness of the surface of the sintered tile blank are greatly improved, and the product quality and performance are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种工艺陶瓷砖的制备方法，包括如下步骤：(1)选择采用白色的吸水率低于0.5％的成品砖坯做底砖；(2)在底砖上进行印花工艺，形成全彩印花图案，印花后喷涂一层憎水剂；(3)在印好图案的砖上再覆盖上有图案的熔块层，然后再喷涂上一层熔块颗粒粘结剂；(4)将印好花及覆盖上熔块层的砖放入窑炉烧制，烧制温度为995℃，时间为2h。本发明能够避免陶瓷砖表面出现大量孔和气泡等瑕疵，大大的提高砖坯烧成后表面的纹理的完整性和平滑性，极大的提升了产品品质及性能。
