The invention relates to a method for manufacturing self-leveling cement from waste tiles, which belongs to the field of building materials. The method includes the steps that the waste tiles are smashed, raw materials are mixed, and a composite enhancer is prepared, and the composite enhancer is prepared by mixing aluminum sulfate, ferric aluminum silicate, ammonium phosphate, magnesium sulfate and redispersible latex powder; and the mixed raw materials are mixed with the composite enhancer to obtain the self-leveling cement. The waste tiles are effectively utilized, and the prepared self-leveling cement has the characteristics of high hardness, high hardening speed, no cracking and firm bonding with a base building.
