Bare concrete produced from construction waste recycled aggregate
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses bare concrete produced from construction waste recycled aggregate. The bare concrete is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 360-420 parts of cement, 42-65 parts of fly ash, 15-28 parts of mineral powder, 710-730 parts of river sand, 1100-1200 parts of modified recycled coarse aggregate, 5.6-7.8 parts of an additive, 5-8.6 parts of composite fiber, and 150-180 parts of water. The modified recycled coarse aggregate is prepared by adopting the following method of pretreating waste concrete to obtain recycled coarse aggregate, weighing modified acrylate emulsion, modified diatomite and chitosan membrane liquid, sequentially spraying on the surface of the recycled coarse aggregate, and drying to obtain the modified recycled coarse aggregate. The method has the effect of preventing acid radical ions from entering the internal structure of the concrete to influence the strength of the bare concrete.
