The invention discloses a high-performance ardealite fiber composite material and a preparation method thereof. According to the preparation method, a close packing design method is utilized to optimize the matrix mix proportion of the ardealite composite material, and then organic fibers are doped into the optimized matrix, so that the high-performance ardealite fiber composite material is prepared. The matrix of the composite material is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of semi-hydrated phosphogypsum, 5 to 50 parts of slag powder, 5 to 40 parts of fly ash, 5 to 20 parts of cement, 0.05 to 0.5 part of a special retarder for gypsum, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a polycarboxylic acid water reducer and 40 to 120 parts of water. The mixing amount of the organic fibers of the composite material is 0.001 to 0.0006 (by volume fraction). The high-performance ardealite fiber composite material disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of good construction performance, high strength, water resistance, moisture resistance and low density, and has a wide application range.
本发明公开了一种高性能磷石膏纤维复合材料及其制备方法。本发明利用紧密堆积设计方法对磷石膏复合材料的基体配合比进行优化,再向优化后的基体中掺加有机纤维,以制备出高性能磷石膏纤维复合材料。所述复合材料的基体由按重量份计的以下组分组成:半水磷石膏100份,矿渣粉5‑50份,粉煤灰5‑40份,水泥5‑20份,石膏专用缓凝剂0.05‑0.5份,聚羧酸系减水剂0.1‑0.5份,水40‑120份。所述复合材料的有机纤维掺量为0.001‑0.0006(按体积分数计)。本发明的高性能磷石膏纤维复合材料,具有良好的施工性能、高强度、防水防潮以及低密度的特性,具有广泛的应用范围。
