The submicron SiO2 micro powder is innovatively adopted as a binding agent in the iron runner castable to completely replace cement, so that the castable generates enough early strength, and the research bottleneck of the traditional iron runner castable is broken through. The water adding amount of the iron runner castable is reduced, the thermal-state breaking strength of the iron runner castable is improved, and the low melting phase of the castable is reduced.
