The invention relates to the field of immersed tube construction, and particularly relates to a construction method for immersed tube prefabrication and transportation. The construction method comprises the following steps that a lifting platform system for prefabricating an immersed tube is erected in the area near the installation position of the immersed tube in a riverway; the immersed tube is prefabricated on a lifting platform; the lifting platform descends, so that the immersed tube descends into water; and the immersed tube is transported to the installation position of the immersed tube in a floating mode. According to the lifting platform system for immersed tube prefabrication, the lifting platform for prefabricating the immersed tube is arranged in the riverway, so that the occupied area caused by immersed tube prefabrication is greatly reduced, foundation pit supporting and anti-seepage treatment are not needed, the early-stage cost is greatly saved, and then the cost of the whole immersed tube prefabrication construction is reduced; and the prefabrication position is located in the area near the installation position of the immersed tube, so that the engineering quantity for dredging a channel is greatly reduced, and the corresponding construction cost is greatly reduced.
