The water collecting pipe comprises an anti-blocking pipe, wherein an adjuster and a dredging device are arranged in the anti-blocking pipe; the dredging device comprises dredging plates; the dredging plates are rotationally arranged on the two side walls of the anti-blocking pipe through rotating shafts; the dredging plates are strip-shaped plates; the width of the dredging plates is smaller than the radius of the anti-blocking pipe; one end of each dredging plate is fixedly connected with the corresponding rotating shaft, and the other end of each dredging plate is in contact with the inner wall of the anti-blocking pipe; the height of the adjuster is smaller than the radius of the anti-blocking pipe; the side, facing water, of the adjuster is an inclined surface, and the other side of the adjuster is an arc surface; the radius of the arc surface is slightly larger than the length of the dredging plates; the circle where the arc surface is located and the circle formed by taking the rotating shaft as the circle center and taking the length of the dredging plates as the radius are concentric circles; and the distance between the rotating shaft and the arc surface is slightly larger than the length of the dredging plates. The dredging plates continuously rotate under the action of water flow, and silt at the bottom of the anti-blocking pipe is scraped and brushed, so that the silt moves forwards along with the water flow, and blockage cannot be formed in the water pipe.
