The invention relates to a pre-wet-laid anti-sticking anti-water-channeling waterproof material and a preparation method thereof. The waterproof material comprises a carcass layer, wherein the carcass layer is formed by thermally compounding polyester fabrics on two sides of a TPO inner core layer; two sides of the carcass layer are uniformly coated with a surface A and a surface B of a glue coating layer formed by an SIS asphalt modifier; and a carborundum protection layer formed by uniformly spreading carborundum on the surface A of the glue coating layer and a polyester fabric compounded on the surface B of the glue coating layer. The waterproof material has the advantages of convenience in construction, short construction period, energy conservation, low manufacturing cost, low temperature resistance, high adhesion (100 percent of full adhesion with a base layer), high waterproof performance, high water channeling resistance, high isolation, environment friendliness, energy conservation and the like, and is an ideal waterproof material.
