The problems that after a steel wire rope is broken, a hanging frame is prone to falling rapidly, casualties are caused, and the hanging frame cannot be automatically locked through structural improvement when the steel wire rope is suddenly broken; and the adjusting efficiency of a manual locking structure is low, and automatic locking cannot be achieved after adjustment are solved. The energy-saving building construction lifting anti-falling device comprises a frame body, wherein a lifting frame is slidably connected into the frame body, the steel wire rope is connected to the lifting frame, and a protection structure is mounted on the lifting frame; and a stress rod makes elastic contact with the steel wire rope, when the stress rod is located at the initial position, a clamping block and a stop block are in a clamped state, thus after the steel wire rope is broken, the stress rod elastically resets to the initial position, and then the lifting frame can be quickly locked through cooperation between the clamping block and the stop block.
