A building system comprises formworks, the bearing formwork, the mounting rod and the embedded part, the bearing formwork is used for bearing the formworks on the upper layer and the lower layer, the embedded part is used for being embedded in concrete, and the mounting rod penetrates through the bearing formwork and is connected with the embedded part. The bearing formwork is tightly combined with concrete and is simple in structure.
