The method comprises the following steps that the construction position of a wall is positioned through surveying and lofting; wall reinforcement cage binding is conducted according to the construction position; and formworks of the wall are erected, so that the two formworks are oppositely arranged in a spaced mode to form a pouring space, and the wall is formed in the pouring space; a plurality of straight plate assemblies are installed on the sides, away from each other, of the two formworks at intervals from bottom to top, and the extending direction of the straight plate assemblies is parallel to the extending direction of the wall so as to reinforce the formworks; and the wall body is poured, and the formworks are removed. According to the wall construction method and the wall reinforcing structure, material configuration is optimized through a straight plate assembly reinforcing system, the number of circulation pieces is reduced, idling and waste of materials are avoided, the construction difficulty is effectively simplified, it is guaranteed that site construction is civilized and orderly, the construction specification requirement can be met, and the construction cost is greatly saved.
