Climbing frame formwork system
The invention provides a climbing frame formwork system. The climbing frame formwork system comprises a formwork mounting platform, wherein a formwork supporting structure for supporting an outer wall formwork is arranged on the upper surface of the formwork mounting platform; an outer wall back edge which extends transversely is arranged on the outer surface of the outer wall formwork; the formwork supporting structure comprises a supporting stand column which is perpendicular to the outer wall back edge; the outer wall formwork is mounted on the supporting stand column through the outer wall back edge; a mounting rod which extends in the direction away from a building wall is arranged at the bottom of the supporting stand column; the mounting rod is perpendicular to the supporting stand column and the outer wall formwork; and the mounting rod is connected to a sliding mechanism and moves in the direction close to or away from the building wall along with driving of the sliding mechanism. By the climbing frame formwork system, mounting and demolding of the outer wall formwork can be finished rapidly, the supporting stand column can support the outer wall formwork, and the phenomenon of formwork explosion in a construction process is reduced.
本发明提供一种爬架模板系统,包括模板安装平台,所述模板安装平台的上表面设置有用于支撑外墙模板的模板支撑结构,所述外墙模板的外表面设置有横向延伸的外墙背楞,所述模板支撑结构包括与所述外墙背楞垂直的支撑立柱,所述外墙模板通过所述外墙背楞安装于所述支撑立柱上,所述支撑立柱的底部设置有朝远离建筑墙体方向延伸的安装杆,所述安装杆垂直于所述支撑立柱且垂直于所述外墙模板,所述安装杆连接于一滑动机构上,且随着所述滑动机构的驱动往靠近或者远离建筑墙体的方向移动。采用本发明提供的爬架模板系统,可以快速完成外墙模板的安装和脱模,支撑立柱同时能够给外墙模板支撑强度,减少施工过程中产生爆模的现象。
