Suspended derrick derrick type upside-down lifting system and application method thereof
The system comprises a base, a derrick, a lifting device and a limiting waist ring, the derrick is of a detachable assembled structure, the lower end of the derrick is detachably connected with the base, the lifting device comprises a power device and a lifting frame, and the lifting frame and the base are arranged on the lower portion of an inner cavity of the derrick in parallel; the lifting frame clamps the derrick, the power device provides reciprocating power for the lifting frame to lift the derrick, the limiting waist ring is horizontally fixed to the top of an inner cavity of the derrick, and the lifting stability of the derrick is guaranteed. The hoisting frame is designed into a derrick with a compact structure, the size of an inner cavity of the hoisting frame is only slightly larger than the plane size of a holding pole, modular factory manufacturing can be carried out, the weight of a single module can be controlled within 100 kg, and the hoisting frame is suitable for manual carrying in a mountainous area, convenient to recognize and rapid in field assembly. The lifting frame can repeatedly lift the derrick sections upwards until suspension inversion of the derrick sections is completed, and the safety coefficient is high as long as the upper derrick section and the lower derrick section are connected and fixed through bolts and nuts by means of a derrick.
本发明公开了一种悬浮抱杆井架式倒装提升系统及其应用方法,系统包括底座、井架、提升装置和限位腰环,井架为可拆卸式拼装结构,其下端与底座可拆卸连接,提升装置包括动力装置和提升架,提升架与底座平行设置于井架内腔的下部,提升架夹持抱杆,动力装置给提升架提供往复动力提升抱杆,限位腰环水平固定于井架内腔的顶部,保证抱杆提升时的稳定性。提升架设计为结构紧凑的井架,其内腔只需略大于抱杆的平面尺寸,可进行模块化工厂制作,模块的单件重量可控制100kg以内,适应山区人力搬运,亦方便识别,使现场组装快捷。提升架可反复向上提升抱杆节段,直至完成抱杆节段的悬浮倒装,只需借助井架将上、下抱杆节段通过螺栓螺母连接固定安全系数高。
