The invention provides a digital printing plate and a manufacturing method and application thereof. The digital printing plate is characterized by comprising a finishing coat layer, a texture layer, a second wear-resistant layer, a first wear-resistant layer, a pattern layer, a primer layer and a base material layer from top to bottom. The digital printing plate has diversified patterns, can print never-repeated three-dimensional patterns as long as enough materials are available, can meet the personalized customization requirements of customers, does not need to spend a large amount of time and cost, reduces the production procedures, improves the production efficiency, and can be used for order insertion production and proofing at any time.
