The invention discloses a composite cementing material which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-80 parts of cement clinker, 15-30 parts of coal gangue, 2-8 parts of coal-fired slag and 5-15 parts of an exciting agent. Meanwhile, the invention provides a corresponding preparation method. According to the method, a large amount of coal gangue and coal-fired furnace slag can be treated, the pretreated coal gangue and coal-fired furnace slag can replace about 25% of cement clinker, the current market price of the cement clinker is about 300 yuan/ton, the pretreatment cost of the coal gangue and coal-fired furnace slag is about 35 yuan/ton, on one hand, solid waste is turned into wealth, resource utilization is achieved, on the other hand, the production cost of the cementing material is also reduced, and good economic benefits and social benefits are achieved.
本发明公开一种复合胶凝材料,由以下重量份的原料制成:水泥熟料55‑80份、煤矸石15‑30份、燃煤炉渣2‑8份、激发剂5‑15份。同时提供其相应的制备方法。本发明可以处理大量的煤矸石和燃煤炉渣,预处理后的煤矸石和燃煤炉渣可以代替25%左右的水泥熟料,水泥熟料目前市场售价在300元/吨左右,而煤矸石和燃煤炉渣的预处理成本在35元/吨左右,一方面将固体废弃物变废为宝,资源化利用,另一方面也降低了胶凝材料的生产成本,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
