Method for producing dyed colored sand by using tailings as raw materials
The invention relates to a method for producing dyed colored sand by using tailings as a raw material. The method comprises the following steps: repeatedly washing the tailings with clear water, carrying out wet screening on the washed tailings, dividing the tailings into 10-20 meshes, 20-40 meshes, 40-80 meshes, 80-120 meshes and 120-180 meshes, mixing an inorganic pigment, water, a mixed emulsion and an auxiliary agent to prepare a coloring agent, respectively taking out the tailings for preparing colored sand with corresponding specifications, fully stirring and uniformly mixing the tailings and the coloring agent according to the ratio of (20-25): 1, and drying in a drying oven. The dried color sand is graded through a probability sieve, and finally the artificial color sand meeting the national standard of color sand for asphalt shingle (JC/T 1071-2008) is obtained. The treatment process is simple, zero emission can be realized, the treatment cost is low, the additional value is high, and good economic benefits and environmental benefits are achieved.
一种利用尾矿为原料生产染色彩砂的方法,包括用清水对尾矿进行反复洗涤,对洗涤后的尾矿进行湿法筛分,将尾矿的粒度分成10‑20目、20‑40目、40‑80目、80‑120目、120‑180目,将无机颜料、水、混合乳液和助剂,混配制呈染色剂,分别取出制备相应规格彩砂的尾矿,按照尾矿和染色剂20‑25:1的比例,充分搅拌、混匀,放入烘箱中烘干。将干燥好的彩砂经概率筛分级,最终得到符合国家沥青瓦用彩砂(JC/T 1071‑2008)标准的人工彩砂。本发明的处理工艺简单,可以实现零排放,处置成本低,附加值高,有较好的经济效益、环境效益。
