The invention relates to cement-based dry hard concrete using calcium fluoride sludge as aggregate, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 250-300 parts of gelling agent, 1450-1610 parts of aggregate, 0.5-1.5 parts of water reducing agent, 0.1-0.3 part of adhesive and 125-180 parts of water; wherein the gelling agent comprises cement and fly ash, the weight of the fly ash is 10-30% of the weight of the cement, and the aggregate comprises stone chips and calcium fluoride sludge; the weight of the calcium fluoride sludge is 15-45% of the weight of the stone chips, the adhesive comprises polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinyl acetate, and the weight of the polyvinyl acetate is 25-50% of the weight of the polyvinyl alcohol. The calcium fluoride sludge can be used for replacing part of natural aggregate needed in cement-based hard concrete production, the 28-day breaking strength and the 28-day compressive strength of the calcium fluoride sludge are greatly improved, the treatment method can fill up the shortage of sand and stone and protect natural resources; meanwhile, the calcium fluoride sludge can be well treated and can be recycled well, thereby reducing the damage and load on the environment.
本发明涉及一种利用氟化钙污泥作为骨料的水泥基干硬性混凝土,由重量份计,包括250~300份胶凝剂、1450~1610份骨料、0.5~1.5份减水剂、0.1~0.3份粘合剂,125~180份水,所述胶凝剂包括水泥和粉煤灰,其中粉煤灰的重量为水泥重量的10%~30%,所述骨料包括石屑和氟化钙污泥,其中氟化钙污泥的重量为石屑重量的15~45%,所述粘合剂包括聚乙烯醇和聚醋酸乙烯酯,其中聚醋酸乙烯酯的重量为聚乙烯醇重量的25~50%。本发明氟化钙污泥可被用来替代水泥基干硬性混凝土生产中所需的部分天然骨料,其28天抗折强度和28天抗压强度均得到较大幅度提升,这种处置方法不仅能够填补砂、石的短缺,保护天然资源,同时也能够较好的处置氟化钙污泥,使其被合理再利用,减轻给环境带来的危害和负担。
