Steel fiber and basalt fiber double-doped colored ultra-high performance concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses steel fiber and basalt fiber double-doped colored ultra-high performance concrete, and the concrete is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 100 parts of cement, 5.84 to 35.3 parts of silica fume, 8.08 to 100 parts of mineral admixtures, 105.16 to 258.83 parts of fine aggregates, 1 to 3 parts of water reducing agents, 10 to 20 parts of pigments, 19.86 to 47.06 parts of water, 0.8 to 1.2 volume percent of steel fibers and 0.05 to 0.2 volume percent of basalt fibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dry material mixing: weighing the cement, the silica fume, the mineral admixture, the fine aggregate, the solid water reducing agent and the pigment according to the weight ratio, mixing and uniformly stirring; (2) water adding and stirring: after the dry materials are uniformly mixed, adding water into the dry materials under a stirring condition, and uniformly stirring; (3) adding of the fibers: adding the steel fibers and the basalt fibers under a stirring condition, and uniformly stirring until the mixture is stable, thereby obtaining the composite material.
