The invention relates to a light-weight high-strength metal-free folding barrier-free facility board and a manufacturing process thereof. The barrier-free facility board comprises an upper board, a lower board and a connecting belt, wherein the upper board and the lower board are each of a structure with a protective flange and a groove, and the protective flanges and the grooves are located on the two sides of the upper board and the two sides of the lower board respectively; the connecting belt is located between the upper plate and the lower plate, and the two structures are connected together in a pivoted mode. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: wrapping the carbon fiber cloth and the glass fiber cloth on the PVC foam provided with the grooves and the protective flanges; and putting the wrapped foam rough blank into a forming mold, uniformly pasting resin by hand, closing the mold, applying pressure to the mold by adopting a heavy F clamp, controlling the forming temperature and time, and fixing a connecting belt at the grooves of the two barrier-free facility plates after forming is completed, so that the two barrier-free facility plates are connected into a whole. The barrier-free facility board prepared by the invention is light in weight, high in strength, high in production efficiency, free of metal folding, portable, durable and attractive in appearance.
本发明涉及一种质轻高强免金属折叠无障碍设施板及其制作工艺,该无障碍设施板包括:上板、下板、连接带,上板和下板均为带有防护挡边和凹槽的结构,防护挡边和凹槽分别位于上板和下板的两侧;连接带位于上板和下板之间,将两块结构枢接连接在一起。本发明制作工艺如下:对设有凹槽和防护挡边的PVC泡沫包裹碳纤维布以及玻璃纤维布。将包裹好的泡沫粗坯放入成型模具中,均匀手糊树脂后合模,采用重型F夹对模具施加压力,控制成型温度和时间,成型完成后于两块无障碍设施板凹槽处固定一条连接带,使两块无障碍设施板连接为一体。本发明制备的无障碍设施板质量轻、强度高、生产效率高、可免金属折叠、便携耐用,外型美观。
