The left side surface and the right side surface are opposite; the top surface and the bottom surface are opposite; the upper side surface is arc-shaped; the bottom surface is a stepped bottom surface; the lower side face, the left side face, the right side face and the top face are all planes, and the vertical face of the penetrating type skewback is obliquely arranged along the axis of an arch. According to the embodiment of the invention, the arch seats are arranged along the axial direction of the arch, so that the vertical force and the horizontal thrust transmitted by the arch rib are more directly and effectively borne; the layered step type foundation pit excavation method is adopted, and the problems that other skewback forms are large in construction difficulty, poor in construction safety, large in concrete use amount and large in soil excavation amount are solved.
