Upgrading and reconstruction method for caisson wharf
The invention discloses an upgrading and reconstruction method for a caisson wharf. The upgrading and reconstruction method comprises the steps that 1) the front edge of an original wharf is dredged, so that the water depth of the front edge of the wharf can meet the water depth requirement required by safe berthing of an upgraded designed ship type; 2) a floating type fender is arranged on the side, close to the sea, of a breast wall so as to ensure that a ship cannot make contact with the wharf structure; and 3) a riprap foundation bed is locally solidified, underwater non-dispersed concrete is adopted to conduct local pressure grouting solidification on the riprap foundation bed on the sea side part below the front toe of a caisson so as to prevent foundation bed rock blocks from loosening, and a film bag concrete protective surface is poured on the top surface of the foundation bed in a pressure grouting area so as to prevent jet flow scouring of a ship propeller. Through the reconstruction method, the purpose that the original caisson wharf can safely berth ships with larger tonnage is achieved; the structure of an old caisson structure and the breast wall of the original wharf do not need to be changed, and the purpose of simply and quickly upgrading and reconstructing the wharf structure is achieved; and the purpose that the large-tonnage ships can berth without newly building the wharf is achieved.
本发明公开了一种沉箱码头的升级改造方法,1)对原码头的前沿进行浚深,使码头前沿水深能满足升级后的设计船型安全靠泊所需的水深要求;2)在胸墙的临海侧设置漂浮型护舷以确保船舶不会与码头结构碰边;3)对抛石基床进行局部固化,采用水下不分散混凝土对沉箱的前趾以下海侧部分的抛石基床进行局部压力灌浆固化以防止基床块石松动,在压力灌浆区的基床顶面浇筑膜袋混凝土护面以防止船舶螺旋桨的射流冲刷。通过本发明的改造方法,实现了原有沉箱码头能够安全停靠更大吨位级船舶的目的;无需对原有码头旧沉箱结构及胸墙进行结构改动,实现了简单快捷地升级改造码头结构的目的;实现了无需新建码头即可停靠大吨位船舶的目标。
