According to the mechanical connection fastener, pile splicing of a pile foundation can be realized through a machine, so that an existing welding pile splicing mode is replaced, the installation efficiency of the pile foundation is improved, and the service life of the pile foundation is prolonged; and the sliding block used for clamping is of a split structure independent of the sleeve or the connecting plug, compared with a structure that a sliding block is arranged on a sleeve or a sliding block in the prior art, the manufacturing difficulty is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is saved.
本发明提供了一种机械连接扣件，包括套筒、卡件和插接头，卡件中的滑块插接于套筒测壁所设滑孔内，并通过弹性件使其向套筒内周移动，使其可以保持卡接于插接头卡槽内的状态，实现套筒和插接头的连接。该种机械连接扣件，通过机械就够实现桩基的接桩，以替代现有的焊接接桩方式，提高桩基的安装效率，延长桩基使用寿命；且用于卡接的滑块为独立于套筒或插接头的分体结构，较现有技术中将滑块设置在套筒或滑块上的结构，降低了制造难度，节省制造成本。
