According to the hole collapse treatment method, the mud is prepared according to the construction process, hole collapse of a cast-in-place pile drilled through the dry hole forming process is effectively solved, and the hole collapse probability of the weak-mud soil layer is effectively decreased.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域，尤其是一种弱稀泥质土层干作业塌孔处理方法，具体包括以下几个步骤：配置静态泥浆：采用水泥、石灰、膨润土、烧碱混合制成静态泥浆；利用小推车将配置好的泥浆用小推车推至孔口，泥浆倒入桩孔内；将旋挖机钻头下钻至孔底，对倒入桩孔内的配制泥浆进行反复旋转搅拌，使配制的泥浆与孔内的稀泥土搅拌混合增强絮凝能力；在泥浆护壁形成泥皮后养护2至5小时后再重新进行成孔，再次成孔时应适当控制钻孔速度，避免对形成的护壁泥皮造成过大的冲击。本发明根据施工工艺配置泥浆对干成孔工艺钻孔灌注桩的蹋孔起到了有效的解决，有效的减少了弱稀泥质土层的塌孔概率。
