The invention provides a portable double-slurry grouting machine tool and a double-slurry grouting construction process. The machine tool comprises a double-slurry grouting box body part, a double-slurry grouting hose part and a mixed impact type grouting joint part; the double-slurry grouting box body part is composed of a fan-shaped stirring machine body and a pressure-adjustable grouting pump which are located on the upper portion and the lower portion of a slurry storage tank respectively; and the double-slurry grouting hose part is connected with the pressure-adjustable grouting pump and a mixed impact type grouting joint through threads, and slurry is fully stirred and mixed in a mixing pipe through a grouting hose and pressed into a grouting hole through a push-in type screw rod. According to the tool and process, double pieces of the slurry are stirred three times, including two times of mixing and stirring, so that the slurry is fully and uniformly mixed, the grouting pressure and the grouting time can be accurately controlled through the pressure-adjustable grouting pump, and meanwhile, construction grouting operation under various different conditions and in different directions can be met due to the fact that the tool is provided with the slurry storage tank and a handheld handle.
本发明提供了一种便携式双液注浆机具及双浆液注浆施工工艺，机具包括：双液注浆箱体部分，双液注浆软管部分，混合冲击式注浆接头部分。双液注浆箱体部分由扇形搅拌机体和可调压式注浆泵组成，分别位于储浆罐上部与下部。双液注浆软管部分通过螺纹连接可调压式注浆泵和混合冲击式注浆接头，浆液通过注浆软管在混合管内充分搅拌混合并由推入式螺旋杆压入注浆孔。本发明对双浆液进行三次搅拌，其中包括两次混合搅拌，使其充分混合均匀，由可调压式注浆泵可精准控制注浆压力及注浆时间，同时由于其自带储浆罐及手握扶手能够满足各种不同情况及不同方向的施工注浆作业。
