The invention discloses an erection method of a concrete pouring formwork system of a raft foundation upturning beam. The problem that an existing upturning beam hanging formwork is prone to displacement and formwork expansion is solved. A supporting system of a concrete pouring formwork of the upturning beam is constructed on a main rib of the upturning beam, a combined sleeve assembly is used for constructing a square fixing frame for supporting and clamping formworks on the two sides of the upturning beam, the two formworks are clamped through fixing nuts at the two ends of an upper split screw and a lower split screw, sleeves are welded to the main rib of the upturning beam, and split bolts are connected into the two sleeves in a penetrating mode and serve as supports of the formworks on the two sides of the upturning beam. Formwork displacement of the side formworks in integral pouring of a raft and the upturning beam is avoided, and the formwork system is convenient to assemble and disassemble.
本发明公开了一种筏板基础上翻梁的混凝土浇筑模板体系的搭设方法,解决了现有的上翻梁吊模容易发生移位和胀模的问题。将上翻梁的混凝土浇筑模板的支撑体系构建在上翻梁的主筋上,用组合式套筒组件,构建上翻梁两侧模板的支撑和夹持的口字形固定框架,通过上下两对拉螺杆上的两端固定螺母,实现对两模板的夹持,通过在上翻梁的主筋上焊接套筒,在两套筒中穿接下对拉螺栓,将该对拉螺栓做为上翻梁两侧模板的支撑;即避免了在筏板和上翻梁的一体浇筑中侧模板的模板移位,又方便模板系统的装拆。
