The invention discloses a truss combined steel-concrete barrel type wind power foundation. The foundation comprises a steel-covering-concrete barrel skirt, wherein a reinforced concrete beam system structure is arranged at the upper portion of the steel-covering-concrete barrel skirt in a pouring mode, a center position of the top of the reinforced concrete beam system structure is fixedly connected with a steel-covering-concrete upright transition section which is vertically distributed, the top of the steel-covering-concrete upright transition section is connected with the bottom of a steel upright transition section, the steel-covering-concrete upright transition section and the steel upright transition section are of hollow cylindrical structures, and are internally provided with a truss structure, the top end of the steel-covering-concrete upright transition section is open, the upper end and the lower end of the steel upright transition section are opened separately, and central points of the steel-covering-concrete barrel skirt, the steel-covering-concrete upright transition section, the steel upright transition section and a truss are located on the same central axis. The truss combined steel-concrete barrel type wind power foundation can meet an installation requirement of a large-megawatt wind driven generator in a deep water area, and has relatively high flexural rigidity and good anti-overturning capability.
