Intelligent detector for engineering construction foundation pit and detection method thereof
The invention discloses an intelligent detector for an engineering construction foundation pit. The intelligent detector comprises a box body, wherein solar panels are fixedly arranged on the two sides of the box body; partition plates are fixedly arranged on the two sides of the inner wall of the box body; a transmission mechanism is fixedly arranged at the top ends of the partition plates; a numerical control motor is fixedly arranged at the bottom ends of the partition plates; the output end of the numerical control motor is fixedly connected with the transmission mechanism; a signal line is connected to one side of the transmission mechanism; a traction mechanism is fixedly arranged on one side of the inner wall of the box body; a meter counting wheel is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the inner wall of the box body; the bottom end of the signal line penetrates through the traction mechanism and the meter counting wheel and is connected with an inclinometer; inclinometer pipes are connected to the two sides of the inclinometer in a sliding mode; and a meter counter, a controller, a battery voltage detection controller, a motor running state monitor and a DTU are fixedly arranged on one side of the inner wall of the box body. According to the intelligent detector, automatic lifting is realized, manual operation is not needed, and the purpose of continuous seamless detection is achieved.
