The room comprises a top plate, a plurality of side plates and four fixing columns used for being connected with the side plates, wherein a first convex column used for clamping is arranged on one side of each side plate, first grooves matched with the convex columns are formed in the other sides of the side plates, and the side plates can be spliced through the first convex columns and the first grooves; each fixing column is provided with a first contact surface and a second contact surface, the first contact surface is perpendicular to the second contact surface, the first contact surface is provided with a second convex column matched with the corresponding first groove, the first convex columns and the second convex columns are identical in structure, the second contact surface is provided with a second groove matched with the corresponding first convex column, and the first grooves and the second grooves are identical in structure; and two side plates are fixed perpendicular to each other through the fixing columns, the side plates define a rectangular area through the four fixing columns, and the top plate is fixed to the upper portions of the side plates. According to the modular combined clean room, people can conveniently assemble the clean room, so that the area of the clean room is adjusted.
