The fiber-steel plate mixed interlayer laminated rubber support comprises fiber layers, thin steel plates and rubber plates, wherein the fiber layers and the rubber plates are horizontally stacked in a layered mode; the thin steel plates are inserted between the fiber layers; the thin steel plates and the fiber layers form fiber-steel plate mixed interlayers; and the number of the thin steel plates is smaller than or equal to one third of the number of the fiber-steel plate mixed interlayers. The vertical rigidity and flexural rigidity of the fiber-steel plate mixed interlayer laminated rubber support are remarkably improved compared with those of a pure laminated fiber support, and the weight and cost of the fiber-steel plate mixed interlayer laminated rubber support have obvious advantages compared with those of a laminated steel plate rubber support.
