The roof green plant system comprises a SYNCSTAR energy-saving waterproof system and a SYNCSTAR green plant system, wherein the SYNCSTAR energy-saving waterproof system is arranged on a base layer; and the SYNCSTAR green plant system is arranged on the SYNCSTAR energy-saving waterproof system. The roof green plant system provided by the invention is simple in structure, reasonable in design and easy to construct, and has the advantages of fire prevention, noise prevention, improvement of living environment, reduction of sunlight radiation, heat preservation, heat insulation and the like; the structure added on a common structure roof is limited, so that the effects of water prevention, heat preservation and root resistance of the roof are achieved, and meanwhile, the water drainage (storage) capability is also improved; the growth of plants is facilitated.
