The invention discloses a manufacturing method and assembling method of a straddle type monorail steel-concrete combined rail beam stable surface component, and relates to the field of bridge engineering. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that full bridge whole lofting is carried out, various plates of the stable surface component are cut and discharged after segmentation, and the plates comprise panels, longitudinal bearing plates and transverse bearing plates; the panels are placed on a platform, a center line is drawn for each panel, and longitudinal bearing plate positioning lines and transverse bearing plate positioning lines are drawn towards the two sides by taking the center lines as references; and after the side lines of the longitudinal bearing plates and the transverse bearing plates are aligned with the longitudinal bearing plate positioning lines and the transverse bearing plate positioning lines on the panels correspondingly, the longitudinal bearing plates and the transverse bearing plates are fixed on the panels and then are welded, and the contact side lines are trimmed. By means of the provided novel assembling method, wide application of steel-concrete combined beam and steel beam structures in straddle type monorail traffic can be promoted easily.
本发明公开了一种跨座式单轨钢‑混结合轨道梁稳定面构件的制造方法和组装方法,涉及桥梁工程领域,包括步骤:进行全桥整体放样,分段后将稳定面构件各板件进行切割下料,其中,所述板件包括面板、纵向支承板和横向支承板;将所述面板放置在平台上,为所述面板画出中心线,以所述中心线为基准向两侧画出纵向支承板定位线和横向支承板定位线;用所述纵向支承板和横向支承板的边线分别对准所述面板上的纵向支承板定位线和横向支承板定位线后,将所述纵向支承板和横向支承板固定在所述面板上后进行焊接并对接触侧边线进行修整。本发明新型组装方法的提出,有利于推进钢‑混结合梁、钢梁结构在跨座式单轨交通中的广泛运用。
